Free Community Event – On September 30th: our first class/free intro class is an open invitation to everyone! This homeopathic dose of consciousness content will get the energy moving and juices flowing for you to activate transformation in your life. This initiation will promote more vitality and movement in your field. We will discuss the overarching process of creating a connection with your innate intelligence through meditation, mindfulness, self-reflection, and energy movement to attune your body, mind, energy field to a higher frequency. We will review ways to engage in spiritual practices like spending time in nature and listening to your intuition to foster divine insight. This first class will provide some options for creating your own attunement practice. For example: set clear intentions for your connection, visualize your higher self, create an open dialogue with this version of yourself, and integrate the wisdom & insights you receive into your daily life.
