Description
Craniosacral Unwinding – An Introduction to Systemic Well-Being
with Gary Strauss in person in New York
Craniosacral Unwinding is a gentle bodywork modality that works with the soft tissue and the cerebrospinal fluid to help release blockages in the body’s vital energy flow. It is highly effective at liberating us from the stresses and dis-harmonies of modern life by inducing deep states of relaxation and clarity. Craniosacral Unwinding is a systemic approach to well-being that supports us in letting go of the stresses and traumas we hold in our bodies, minds and spirits, and reorienting us to our original energetic blueprint. As a result, we are fortified and better resourced to make good choices.
In this workshop, we will be introduced to Craniosacral Unwinding’s basic principles, tools and some relevant anatomy, and learn hands-on practices that we can use both with others and as self-care. Come discover this unique, non-invasive, subtle but very powerful technique that permits us – whether we are bodyworkers or not – to achieve deeper states of healing in clients, family, friends and ourselves with far less physical effort.
Note: This workshop is appropriate for both laypersons and bodywork practitioners.
