Your Guide — Tracy Griffiths
Founder of Aroma Yoga® and a healing arts practitioner with nearly 40 years of experience in Polarity Therapy, Cranial Sacral Unwinding, aromatherapy, yoga, and trauma-informed care. A certified TRE® provider, Tracy has led wildfire relief healing initiatives — including her own after losing her home in the January 2025 Palisades Fire. Known for her warmth and grounded presence, she creates spaces where people learn to trust the wisdom of their own bodies — and has spent decades helping others build thriving, values-aligned Young Living businesses of their own.
