Urban Zen Experiences: A Workshop for Deep Healing with Q & A
Deeply heal & transform yourself with the integrative modalities of Urban Zen Integrative Therapy (UZIT).
Experience yoga therapy, essential oil therapy, Reiki, guided meditation, and more with YogaWorks’ Urban Zen Integrative Therapists. Ideal for restoration & healing, UZIT was designed to treat the key problems of the modern lifestyle and the main symptoms of most medical conditions: pain, anxiety, nausea, insomnia, constipation & exhaustion.
This session is ideal for all abilities and will only cover therapeutic, gentle movements. You’ve heard about UZIT , come explore for yourself its transformative power and feel your body change on a visceral level. This workshop will include a Q & A at the end of class about the upcoming UZIT Training beginning in January 2020.

Weekly UZIT Classes
Need a little extra TLC? UZIT classes are the ultimate restorative for anyone recovering from an illness, injury or seriously stressful day. These classes, led by trained integrative therapists, include restorative poses (relaxing, mostly prone positions, supported by props), reiki (energy healing work), breath awareness (mindfulness of the pace and flow of your breathing), healing oils for mood-lifting aromatherapy, and meditation. Prepare to melt in both body and mind.
$25 or Yogaworks class pass.
